LC Audit is a complete donor recognition audit that brings dedicated Honorcraft staff to your organization, where they conduct a hands-on, roof-to-pavement survey that yields a comprehensive database of your entire donor recognition inventory - annotated to reflect location, condition, size, and all other relevant attributes.
Our advanced
LC Database software app then captures the data, in a format compatible with most fundraising software suites, so that you can link the information to donor profiles, campaign records, and scores of other analytical platforms - creating an agile tracking system that will create continuity in your philanthropy program while advancing your philanthropic goals.
Here's how it works:
- Needs assessment. Honorcraft launches every client interaction with a customized needs assessment designed to answer the key question: "What would you like the end product to do for you?" This insight helps us to analyze the information we gather and the consultation we provide throughout our partnership.
- Discovery. We gather, organize, and catalog all artifacts and information relevant to your donor recognition program - from stored historic plaques to recognition artifacts displayed throughout the organization. During the discovery phase, Honorcraft staff build a comprehensive inventory that includes data such as donor name; date dedicated; area named; location, size, and condition of plaque; and a photo record.
- Archive. Using our advanced software app, which is compatible with most fundraising systems, we catalog the information gathered during the discovery process - creating a lasting record of your entire donor recognition system. During this phase, we typically offer recommendations for organizing current recognition pieces for placement in the facility - either individually or as part of a new recognition area - as well as our professional assessment of which pieces can be cleaned or repaired and which pieces would be more cost-effectively replaced.
